You’re totally wasting your Flower Tabs/Jars.
There are so few times where you would want to replenish your FP, plus, you’re making your FP much lower by not using them. Saving 3 Tabs at MAX makes sense, but that many AND 2 Jars?!

it first at 8:22 i thought they made a typo and put bowyer when they meant bowser but it was no typo..
oh i get it i thought the red essence increased your defense by 100% but instead it makes you invincible.
here are the things that increase your defense or offense by 100%
Energizer-100% Offense-one party member
Power Blast-100% offense-all party member
Bracer- 100% defense-one party member
Crystalline-100% defense- all party members

That’s the FroggieStick. After you get the Star Piece in the Mushroom Kingdom, visit the item shop on the far right side of town and the owner will give you a Cricket Pie. After the scene w/Frogfucius at Tadpole Pond, talk to Frogfucius again (w/the pie, of course) and he’ll give you the FroggieStick, a decent 1st weapon for Mallow.

Actually, when I got to that tree stump with all the boxes in it, I found 3 full heal Mushrooms instead of 2 coin blocks. It might’ve been because I had 999 coins from selling all of my Pure Waters, but I’m not sure.
