What would be an html code for putting a savable notepad on a game for every user to use?

I want to add a block for notes / notebook / to list … whatever you want to call, basically a blank document that you can type in then save it. I want to add this to a text based game where each user has access to its own and as I said save it. After saving, it should not be editable, meaning that you should rewrite the whole machine to add one thing. Thank you
