Are there any real-time 2 player off-line strategy games for ps2, wii, original xbox, or psp?

about the only one i ca think of is a warhammer game for PSP. i forget what the actual title of it is, but just search for warhammer on PSP. i only played a level or two, there are no base building or resource finding elements, its just your squad versus his. and i do believe it has both AD hoc(wireless link between 2 PSP’s) and infrastructure(connected to the PSN) modes
